This model is equipped with a Yunnei 490 turbocharged diesel engine rated at 55kW. The turbocharged diesel power system supports stronger working performance for onsite concrete mixing, jobsite movement, and regular construction operation.
Diesel power is practical for outdoor construction, rural road projects, remote jobsites, and areas where stable electric power may not always be available.
The mixer uses a double-cone mixing drum with double-spiral mixing screws and a convex bottom. The drum has a 3500L geometrical capacity and provides approximately 2m³ concrete yield per batch.
With a drum rotation speed of 18–21 rpm, the machine supports onsite concrete preparation for building foundations, road repair, rural construction, small infrastructure work, and other medium-output concrete applications.
The drum can be hydraulically slewed up to 270° and locked by a hydraulic brake. This helps the operator adjust the discharge direction more flexibly around different jobsite layouts.
The unloading chute is manually adjustable and can rotate by 90°. Two removable chute extensions are provided as standard, helping discharge concrete more conveniently into foundations, road sections, trenches, or other working positions.
The 2CBM model uses a torque converter drive form and ZL-265 power shift gearbox with 4 forward and 4 reverse gears. This configuration supports flexible movement, positioning, and site transfer during loading, mixing, and unloading operations.
The torque converter helps deliver smoother power transmission under construction working conditions, while multiple gears allow the machine to adapt to different jobsite movement requirements.
The hydraulic system includes a KY07-2-0 reducer, 50/32 dual gear pump, and cycloid 125 motor. These components support key working actions related to mixing, loading, movement, and unloading.
The machine also uses a compact four-wheel chassis with 280 mm ground clearance and a visible enclosed cab structure. These features support better jobsite mobility, driver visibility, and operating convenience on small and medium construction sites.
